The following was submitted by Lewis County Sheriff Dwayne Kilpatrick for July 1, 2023 through August 8, 2023. This is a record of law enforcement action and is neither intended to imply innocence or guilt of charges placed.

Mack Yearwood, Sickler Road, was charged with failure to appear and domestic assault on July 2.

Steven Bates, Edgewood Drive, Gallatin, was charged with aggravated assault and evading arrest on July 5.

Hollis Brewer, Ashley Road, was charged with criminal trespass on July 9.

Travis Goodman, Lawrenceburg Hwy., Mt. Pleasant, was charged with a capias on July 9.

Alexis Burk, Dry Fork Road, Hampshire, was charged with failure to appear on July 20.

Justin Atkins, Buttermilk Ridge Road, was charged with evading arrest, resisting arrest, driving on revoked, reckless driving, methamphetamine- deliver, sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, and misuse of evidences of registration on July 20.

Steven Whitehead, Swiss Colony, was charged with violation of probation on July 30.

Bryan Gobbell, Waynesboro Hwy., was charged with aggravated burglary on July 30.

Randy Carroll, Cane Creek Road, was charged with domestic assault on August 2.

James Self, Summertown Hwy., was charged with violation of probation on August 3.
