Sheriff Report

The following was submitted by Lewis County Sheriff Dwayne Kilpatrick for August 21-September 6, 2023. This is a record of law enforcement action and is neither intended to imply innocence or guilt of charges placed.

Charles Shepherd, Trace Creek Road, was charged with violation of probation and resisting arrest on August 21.

Lucas Schneider, Waynesboro Hwy., was charged with theft of property and burglary of motor vehicle on August 23.

Derek Burns was charged with theft of property, criminal impersonation, resisting arrest, and burglary of motor vehicle on August 23.

Willis Henson, Homer Turnbow Road, was charged with theft of property on August 26.

Kami Hunter, Brookside Drive, Decaturville, was charged with criminal trespass on August 27.

Derek Runions, Darbytown Road, was charged with simple possession/casual exchange and unlawful drug paraphernalia on August 29.

Christina French, Duchess Lane, was charged with a capias on August 30.

Matthew Beahan, Loveman Lane, Hampshire, was charged with DUI and violation of implied consent on September 1.
