Williams Inducted into Hall of Fame

The 55th Annual County Officials Association of Tennessee Conference Awards Gala Was held At The Meadowview Resort and Conference Center in Kingsport, Tennessee on November 7th, 2023.

The County Officials Association of Tennessee (COAT) includes Register of Deeds, State Court Clerks, County Clerks and Trustees.
