Honoring Melvis Staggs

To honor the memory of the late Melvis Staggs, Barbara Hinson recently made a donation to the Lewis County Public Library and Archives building expansion fund. Barbara's epic donation will help make a difference in the community for generations to come, and she encourages everyone to partner with the library by giving generously to the library expansion.
