I’m glad we’re having robust discussions about our public schools, as demonstrated in several articles in the November 30th issue of the Herald. One item of funding that Sen. Hensley and others have reacted to is the requirement to use federal money to provide free school lunches.

It’s always important to make sure our tax dollars are used efficiently and are having the desired impact.
