The VFW meets monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the War Memorial Building, 29 Smith Avenue, in the Veterans Service Office.

Lewis County Historical Society meets on the first Monday of each month at the Senior Citizen Center. There will be no meeting in January.

The Lewis County Federated Republican Women chapter meets the 3rd Thursday of each month. This month; December 21st will be @ Junk Yard Dog Restaurant; 18 North Maple St. Hohenwald.
