Pre-K registration at Lewis County Schools will be on April 18th and 19th. Applications will be accepted from 8:00-3:00 at the Pre-K office at 317 S. Oak Street.

Please remember to bring the following documentation with your application:

• Original Birth Certificate

• Original shot record

• Physical

• Proof of Income

Kindergarten Registration will be Tuesday, April 16th and Wednesday, April 17th from 3:15-6:00 PM. Kindergarten registration packets are available to pick up in advance at LCES located at 305 South Oak Street. You may return the completed forms during school hours or during our registration evenings. Current LCES Pre-K students' parents have received kindergarten registration packets from their child's Pre-K teacher.

Required documents are a copy of your child's birth certificate, the Certificate of Immunization, and proof of a current physical. The student must be 5 years old by August 15th. Please return the completed forms (even if you do not have all required documents available) to the office so we may register your child.
