Pre-K registration at Lewis County Schools will be on April 18th and 19th. Applications will be accepted from 8:00-3:00 at the Pre-K office at 317 S. Oak Street.

Please remember to bring the following documentation with your application:

• Original Birth Certificate

• Original shot record

• Physical

• Proof of Income
