Penelope Goff Bell, age 69 of Parsons, passed away December 29, 2019 at Jackson-Madison General Hospital.

Ms. Bell was born August 17, 1950 in Jackson to the late Billy Hobart and Lola Goff.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Chaymus Bell; and a brother, Tommy Goff.

Penelope worked as a beautician at her salon, Sheer Genius before starting a new business called Solutions. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling, going shopping or heading out for an adventure when anyone was ready. More than anything she loved spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends....
