Weather people are saying we should have some cooler temperatures for the next few days and, of course, it will be hot again for summer is not over yet. We have received several rain showers distributed over the area. We are appreciative for the rain as it is necessary to keep the atmosphere cleaner and streams replenished and cleaner. Of course, rain helps things grow and prosper, even humans.

The Lewis County Girl Scouts is getting into orbit this week, and with it the Fall Product Sale which helps the troops with money to begin the year. If you would like to help girls make their goals just contact any Girl Scout or myself and I will put you in touch with someone to help. Hopefully, you will have good health and enjoy the world that we are blessed to live in during the coming days, especially with the lower temperatures around the area.
