The Lewis County High School Lady Panthers basketball played in the first round of the District 11AA Tournament on Tuesday, February 9 when they travelled to Fairview to take on the Fairview Lady Yellow Jackets.

The Lady Panthers dropped the two regular season meetings with Fairview and needed a win to keep their season alive.
