On June 10, 2022, Connor Spicker left this earthly world at Skyline Medical at the age of 22. He was born as a set of triplets on October 10, 1999, to Mary Elizabeth Allen Spicker and the late Michael S. Spicker in Tucson, Arizona. Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his triplet sister, Elizabeth M. Spicker.

Along with his mother, he is survived by his triplet brother, Stephan Spicker (Katherine Bailey); siblings, Morgan Dickerson, Garret Dickerson, Sean Kauffmann, and Seth Kauffmann; nephews, Sven Spicker and Bjorn Morgan; and his niece, Mary Elizabeth Morgan.
