The Lewis County Extension office would like to welcome Mrs. Gena Powers as the new program assistant. Gena will be working with FCS agent, Shelly Ray to implement programming teaching to both adult and youth audiences on how to become more health conscious through nutritious intake, meal planning, and portion control.
Gena is married to Derek Powers and together they have six children. Gena is very family orientated and enjoys crafts in her spare time. Gena will begin her career with UT on July 1, 2022. We are excited for Gena to start her new journey with us! You can reach Gena at the U...
