School Board and County discuss taking legal action

 


In a joint meeting between the Lewis County School Board and the County Commissioners held Thursday, July 14, new Director of Schools Tracy McAbee told the commissioners and school board members three legal options they could take against the construction company, Hewlett-Spencer, LLC.

The meeting took place after Hewlett-Spencer gave the school and county a guaranteed maximum price for the construction of the new high school of $$29,387,544 million.
