Hohenwald Police Department warns public about contaminated money

The Hohenwald Police Department would like to bring awareness and attention to something very important and be transparent in educating the public.
The dollar bill shown in these photos was found in a local convenience store parking lot last Tuesday night. It is speculated to be some sort of illegal substance: fentanyl, heroin, etc. It is unknown at this time. Please educate, share, and do not be picking up any money found laying out in the public.
This particular dollar bill was collected by officers of the Hohenwald Police Department and will be sent to find out which substance it was.
