NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations described in and secured by a certain Deed of Trust executed by LISA COTHRAN FRANSEN, unmarried women to Nationwide Trustee Services, Inc., as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, its successors and assigns, recorded February 23, 2021 in Lewis County Register’s Office at Record Book 226 Page 638 as last assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, and the undersigned having been appointed Successor Trustee by instrument recorded in said Register’s Office, this is notice that the undersigned will on January 10, 2023 at 11:00am local time, at the Lewis County Courthouse 110 North Park Street, Hohenwald, Tennessee proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash the following property located in Lewis County, Tennessee, which will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, assessments or easements, liens, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants and any security deeds, mortgages or deeds of trust superior to the Deed of Trust first set out above, any prior liens, and encumbrances of record.
Described property is Lying and being situated in the Third (3rd) Civil District of Lewis County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:
Land in Lewis County, Tennessee, being lot 15, Hyland Section Two, as shown on plat of record in Deed Book UU, Page 259 (now Plat Cabinet A, page 50), in the Register’s Office, Lewis County, Tennessee, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of said property.
Being the same property conveyed to Lisa Cothran Fransen by deed of Debie Robbins and Shaine Robbins, dated February 22, 2021, of record in Record Book 226, page 635, ROLCT.
This property is known as Map 36L, Group C, Parcel 22.00 in the Tax Assessor’s Office of Lewis County, Tennessee.
