Shirley King

Shirley Ann Talley King passed from this life on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at the age of 87. She was born on October 17, 1935, in Lewis County to the late Inez Brown and Elisha Talley.

Shirley was married to the late Jack Wesley King on November 10, 1956. She was a faithful member of the Flatrock Church of Christ.

She worked at Genesco shoe factory, Armstrong Pie Factory, and Lewis County Farm Bureau. She enjoyed arts and crafts and was an active member of the ladies home demonstration club, Town and Country. Shirley was an excellent wife, mother, and grandmother.
