The Lewis County Lady Panthers and Panthers traveled to Parsons to take on the Riverside Lady Panthers and Panthers on Friday night, February 3rd in rematches of games played in November at LCHS.

Lewis County jumped out in front on a pair of early baskets from Keira Halbrooks, but Riverside went on a 6-0 run to claim the lead and held a 10-7 lead at the end of the first quarter. The Lady Panthers would continue to play well on the defensive end of the court through the second quarter as they held Riverside to only nine in the period, but the Lewis County struggled to find offensive momentum and trailed 19-11 at halftime. Riverside picked up the pace after the break at the half, as they jumped on the Lady Panthers and pulled out to a big 48-24 lead as the game moved on to the final eight minutes of regulation. Riverside would maintain control of the game an cruised to a 64-33 win over Lewis County. Desirae Warman led the Lady Panthers with 9 points in the loss, Keira Halbrooks added 6, Jayden Moore and Gabii Ortiz each had 5, Blayr Clayton 3, Kerrigan Reeves and Klayr Shepherd 2 each, and Aryn Shepherd 1 point.

The Panthers struggled to find their offense in the opening quarter against Riverside as Duer Barnes (4) and Bryson Clayburn (3) accounted for all Lewis County scoring and Riverside took a 15-7 lead at the end of the first. The poor shooting continued in the second quarter for the Panthers as they were held to eight points in the period, but they limited opportunities for Riverside and trailed 22-15 at halftime. The pace picked up on both ends after the break as Clayburn dropped nine of Lewis County's fifteen third quarter points, but Riverside added to their lead and held on to a 44-30 advantage moving into the fourth quarter. Riverside would blow up in the final eight minutes, scoring 27 points over the final quarter to run away with a 71-39 win over the Panthers. Bryson Clayburn had 14 points in the loss, Drew Ray added 9, Dyer Barnes had 8, Cade Lomax 5, and Ryan Tanner 3.
