Thursday night, May 4th, 2023, Hohenwald citizens elected the 2023 City Mayor and Council. Out of approximately 2300 registered city voters, 388 voted. Danny McKnight was re-elected Mayor with 312 votes. Councilmen elected were Chris Trull with 261, Don Barber with 254, Kevin King with 251, and Scottie Bass with 201 votes. The coverage was broadcast live by WMLR and the South Central Area Fair Board....
