Police Report

The following is the City of Hohenwald Police Report for April 28 through May 26, 2023. This is a record of police action and is not intended to imply innocence or guilt of charges placed.

Bobby D. York, Swiss Colony Road, was charged with DUI, first offense, and vandalism on April 28.

Gary R. McAleer, Linden Highway, was charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license on April 30.

Harlon W. Parker, Highway 98 East, Columbia, Mississippi, was charged with public intoxication on May 7.

Luvena Y. Chapin, North Oak Street, was charged with methamphetamine-manufacture, deliver, sell or possessing; simple possession/casual exchange, and shoplifting on May 11.

Jeanette E. Lay, Columbia Avenue, was charged with theft of property on May 13.

Victoria E. Baxter, Buckner Street, Parsons, was charged with theft of property on May 13.

Kathrine D. Hopkins, Pine Street, was charged with unlawful photographing in violation of privacy on May 24.

Jonathan W. Beasley, South Park Street, was charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license on May 25.

Jennifer N. Indermuehle, Lookout Drive, Columbia, was charged with public intoxication, simple possession/casual exchange, and unlawful drug paraphernalia on May 26.
