On July 13, 2023, we caught up with Jason Helton, William Wade and Darion Jackson from the Lewis County Run Club.

All three stated they love to run, not only for exercise. Believe it or not there's nothing like a good run to clear your head or to start your day off the right way than running, stated Jackson. Jason Helton and William Wade both stated that when you run with a buddy, before you know it you've ran four miles.
