David S. Larson, Poling Drive, Pulaski, was charged with evading arrest, speeding and reckless endangerment on October 27.
McKenzie L. Voorhees, South Walnut Street, Mt. Pleasant, was charged with aggravated assault x2 and leaving the scene of an accident on October 28.
