There is an alternative to incarceration for your loved one within the Criminal Justice System in the 32nd Judicial District.

If you have a loved one who has been arrested in Lewis, Hickman, or Perry County and is living with mental health challenges, the 32nd Judicial District Mental Health (MH) Court may be able to assist with an alternative to incarceration for your loved one within the criminal justice system.

The MH Court is a voluntary program designed to be a minimum of 12 months, consisting of five (5) phases; each phase having a minimum time to complete. Participants must reside withi...
