It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James Evans Bryant a beloved husband, father, and grandfather on March 2, 2024, at the age of 83.

He was born on August 7, 1940, in Wrigley, to Verna Dee and Lawrence Bryant. James graduated from Lewis County High School in 1959. After high school, James proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1962 to 1974 when he was honorably discharged. Throughout his life, James exemplified the values of honor and loyalty.
