Soleil' Danielle Duncan, a spirited and kind soul, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2024, in Columbia, at the age of 37. She was born on February 6, 1987, to Anna Fockler and the late David Allan Foster in Russellville, Alabama.

A graduate of Columbia Central High School in 2007, Soleil''s passion for the written word was evident in her love for writing short stories and poems.
