Joe "J.B." Banks Quillen, age 86, a resident of the Brushy community in Hickman County, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
A celebration of life service will be held at Brushy Church of Christ at a later date with inurnment at Brushy Cemetery. Heritage Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
Born on January 9, 1934 in Lewis County, Joe was the son of the late Albert Quillen and the late Edna Banks Quillen. An Army veteran, J.B. served his country bravely in the Korean War. After the war, he worked at Genesco in Hohenwald and later retired as a maintenance supervisor for St....
