To the Editor:

This letter is to thank the Hohenwald Post Office for their incredible solving of the case of the mysterious “run-a-way” newspapers (The Tennessean) which I should receive 6 days a week, but those pesky little devils seem to hide around the Post Office a couple of days a week.

I have thought of having my own investigative detective (such as Kojac or Columbo, or maybe Sam Spade) to search for those sneaky papers.

However imagine my surprise, when on Tuesday, July 7th, there were 5 papers in my mailbox dated from Friday, June 26th, Saturday, June 27th, Wednesday, July 1st, Saturday, July 4th and Monday, July 6th (Still hiding is Wednesday, June 24th).

Many thanks to the postal workers who hunted down those errant papers and actually got them to my mailbox. As I always say, better late than never.
