Technical College breaks ground for new Health Careers building

TCAT President Kelli Kea-Carroll was joined Monday by local elected officials and staff members at the Tennessee College of Applied Technologies for a ground breaking ceremony at the West Main Street, Hohenwald campus. Construction crews arrived one week early, she explained, and not wanting to hinder a schedule, the groundbreaking was held while bulldozers moved in the background.
