A ribbon cutting ceremony and open house for the new Justice Center was held on Monday afternoon, when commissioners, county and city officials, and citizens were allowed to get a look at the finished building.

Maintenance Director Michael 'Mutt' Leigh was given the honor of cutting the ribbon as he helped make sure the project came in under budget and ahead of schedule.

'Mutt' Leigh, the project's Maintenance Director, said he was the most proud of how Judge Spitzer's courtroom turned out.
