Series: Gordonsburg | Story 55

I guess you could say ol’ man winter has come once again to remind us that summer is not here. The temperatures dipped into the thirties for a couple of nights and in the forties for several nights in the area but the days, except for one or two, were nice with temperatures getting into the seventies. With the arrival of June maybe we will have some warmer temperatures even at night and I know that once it gets hot day and night we will complain that it is too hot, that is human nature-to complain.

Many will be on vacation and traveling to various sights to spend some time away from home. We pray they have a safe and pleasant trip whatever their destination may be.

Congratulations to Dustin and Carrie Runions Whaley on their marriage that took place on Saturday May 30, 2021 in Tishomingo, Mississippi. The couple will reside in Tupelo, Mississippi. We wish for them a very happy life together. Several from Carrie’s family traveled to the wedding to be with her on her special day.

Wishing for everyone a very good week and with the promise of warmer weather maybe we can be outside more and enjoy the world that God has created for us to view and appreciate.

Prayers for good health and happiness in your life.
