The four troops of the Girl Scouts of Lewis County came together on Tuesday, March 28th in the Natchez Trace, near the Cabin, to have a spectacular Easter Egg Hunt. Well it is a quiet and peaceful morning here in our little valley, there is a little breeze blowing and it is cool and cloudy, but we usually have a cool spell around Easter. Thankful that there were not any bad storms this past week as had been in the past weeks in the area and in other counties and states as well. The nights are from cool to cold, but the days have been nice and even on Sunday it was warm enough to sit outside and watch the children as they hunted eggs and played around the yard. On Saturday the young people had an egg hunt and made their own little pizzas, but it was raining so we hunted eggs inside, but no one seemed to mind.
